Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) | |||

Target audience | The target group are delegates with functional and/or organisational experience that are new comers to managerial positions within all Business sectors. Successful achievement of the programme outcomes requires delegates to have team members reporting to them. The actual work context represents an important learning platform for the delegates to reflect on current practice, test new leadership practices and document the results from learning experiments. Delegates will not be able to complete the required assessment instruments without such a team. | ||
